Return & Exchange Policy

At Your Kathmandu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in original condition with tags attached
• Be in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Your Kathmandu cannot be responsible for lost returns.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Perishable goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Your bank may take additional time to complete the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
